Return Policy

You may return any unopened perfume in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

In order to return a perfume, you must obtain a Return Tracking Number from  our customer service department by sending an email to info@getitoutperfumes.com within 24 hours of receipt with your reason for return. After this period, we do not accept returns. 

We do not accept return or offer refunds or exchanges for reason like: change of mind . Please make your selections carefully. 

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return):

  • Return Tracking Number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Number
  • Your reason for returning the perfume
  • Return acceptance conditions met
  • Refund method that you would like (bank account number, etc.)

Please return the perfume(s) to: 7 MEKUNWEN ROAD, IKOYI, LAGOS.

All returns must be shipped back to getitoutperfumes.com using a trackable courier. 

Any package that has not been received by getitoutperfumes.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper and the customer. 

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return and exchange or refund. 

If your package is returned to getitoutperfumes.com marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee of:

  • 1,000.00 naira within Lagos Metropolis

  • 1,500.00 naira outside Lagos Metropolis

  • 2,500.00 naira outside Lagos State

Claims

You must notify us within 4 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.

Cancel Your Order

You must notify us within 5 hours from the time of your order if you want to cancel your order since we ensure that your order is shipped within 5 hours from the time of your order.
